IrelandIn short. Stripe is already there, but only through Sharetribe — and Sharetribe offers all-or-nothing refunds, with no customer cancel button at all, so retaining the €1/hr fee or the 25% is impossible today. So we are building the fee rules plus a cancel button, and a team member issues the partial refund in the Stripe dashboard. No code that instructs Stripe to move money, and it meets the requirement in full. Customers cannot currently cancel a booking. Neither can a cleaner once they have accepted one.
